U.S. President Donald Trump told his Philippine counterpart that Washington has sent two nuclear submarines to waters off the Korean peninsula, the New York Times said, comments likely to raise questions about his handling of sensitive information.

  2. I read the transcript. He did not. But then the transcript may have been edited .... or it may not be accurate. All that we know is that the Intercept got a copy, and a White House official said it appears to be authentic.

  5. Even if he did so what, its a big ocean NK has no chance of locating them regardless. Even the u.s lost 50 NK pieces of junk a couple of years back and they knew roughly where they were.
