Washington Free Beacon: Murphy: Trump Rhetoric Could Lead to Terrorist Attack in U.S.
Sen. Chris Murphy (D., Conn.) is worried that rhetoric from the Trump administration could lead to a major terror attack in the United States.
Appearing Tuesday on CNN, Murphy said that the U.S. needs "a commitment to try to stop giving ISIS recruiters recruitment fodder."
Host Wolf Blitzer asked Murphy for his response to the terrorist attack in Manchester, England during an Ariana Grande concert. The attack killed 22 people, including eight-year-old Saffie Roussos. Murphy said that responses to such an attack required a comprehensive approach.
"We have got to complement this military strategy with increased intelligence, increased intelligence sharing with Europe, and a commitment to try to stop giving ISIS recruiters recruitment fodder," Murphy said, emphasizing his belief that enemies of ISIS were providing such fodder.

WNU Editor: For almost ten years this blog has been covering extensively the ongoing war against radical Islam and the terror attacks that these terror groups perpetuate .... President Trump was not a factor then for ISIS or any other radical group to recruit followers, and he is not a factor today. This U.S. Senator's belief that it is rhetoric from people like President Trump that inspires others to join these Jihadist organisations tells me that he does not understand the history of Jihad, and he certainly does not understand why people have been motivated for decades to join groups like ISIS or Al Qaeda.
Here is another example on how appalling the main stream media is in covering radical Islam. After years of covering terrorism, war, etc. .... and God only knows how many news stories have been done on the treatment of women by Boko Haram, the Taliban, and other Islamic groups, etc. .... the Washington Post has finally figured out that there is a strain of misogyny in Islam .... Some in Manchester, and beyond, see the attack as one that targeted women and girls (Washington Post).
You must be using special glasses when it comes to main stream media in the U.S. I have seen numerous reports in the past. These same special glasses you own filter out the evidence on Russian government interference in free world affairs. Time to change glasses or move back home where such special lenses are not required as Russia pre-release the news for you.
ReplyDeleteAnon.
ReplyDeleteThe Russians are influencing the rhetoric from the U.S. on Islam?
Wow!
I never knew that Moscow was so powerful.
Using that logic, Murphy rhetoric could lead to terrorist attack.
ReplyDeleteSomeone is wearing special glasses alright, and it's not WNU, I'll give Jay a pass because he needs them to keep the saw dust out of his eyes.
ReplyDeleteAlso this guy was a frequent visitor of Libya(probably radicalized there) , anyone remember who's "rhetoric" sent that country into the toilet? I'll give you a hint, it wasn't Trump...
ReplyDeleteMoA notes that he, and some members of his family, were, (are), members of the Lybian Islamic Fighting Group, the first tribal militia to rise against Quafaddi, the first militia to benifit from Quatari arms shipments, British SAS trainers, and Coelition air support,
DeleteThe Lybian Islamic Fighting Group, and their Syrian Members, later became the cornerstone of the CIA's Pipeline project to ship massive amounts of arms from the captured Lybian Army stockpiles, to the jihadi groups in Syria, during the start of the Syrian Spring.
The Lybian Islamic Fighting Group, in the years since, gone full metal ISIS.
Western MSM reporting on Islamic Jihadi Terrorism has always been for the most part uniformially bad, because when you scratch at any one groups roots, you find Saudi Mullah's preaching, GCC Princelings money, CIA arms shipments, and Western attempts to use them a proxy warriors in proxy wars. Nothing much has changed since the Carter/Brezinski July 3rd, 1979, Operation Cyclone.
Don't worry, it's just minor blowback.
When you have to watch what you say out of fear you have already lost!! Not in the USA. I hope trump steps it up. Shame these cowards for what they are. Piss on alah
ReplyDeletePut your special glasses back on. As a former Soviet official you no doubt remember Soviet recruitment around the world for students to attend university in Russia. Famous alumni include Arafat. Common Arab names of people in power were published after the fall of the Soviet Union and opening of KGB files.
ReplyDeleteIn addition to long term Russian assets in Arab counties, there are many more Arab and non-Arab public figures who shill for Moscow. Some For cash others For access.
For example, some people and news sources cite Russian state controlled media as factual. Must be wearing some really dark glasses for that one.
One is also suspicious of those who complain about MSM while praising neo-Soviet media.
And now the oval office and Justice.
If the shoe fits....
And the u.s hasnt done the above? Cmon
DeleteNot the issue. If you kill a person the law should not arrest you because somebody else escaped justice? That is rule of law vs rule by analogy. Therefore your assertion is without merit.
ReplyDeleteCorrect but you also pursue and prosecute both parties do you not?
DeleteI don't want any U.S leader walking on egg shells over worrying about saying something to piss off any terrorist group

ReplyDeleteSenator Murphy should identify as female and take up pole dancing.
ReplyDeleteIt would be more honest.
They prefer to be called erotic entertainment artists,
Deleteand they "poll" on every scale from preference to trust, higher than Trump.
Trump has not change.
ReplyDeleteHis polls were in the teens or 20s a few weeks back.
Jabber probably had an organism when he read it.
Now they are in forties.
The press is powerful, but they are less powerful all the time judging form their ow low poll number (lower than Trump's) and their bankruptcies.
