Previously unseen footage of the F-35 in flight testing lays bare an important fact: the work of test pilots is dangerous. A video of a F-35 Joint Strike Fighter flight safety seminar shows two incidents in which pilots risked their lives while attempting what will eventually be commonplace tasks—midair refueling and a night landing on a warship.
