  2. Didn't attempt to shoot it down?, you'd think the P.M had heard of pearl harbour.
Blah blah, no wonder Kim is emboldened to play games.

  3. "The Japanese military did not attempt to shoot down the missile, which passed over Japanese territory around 6.06am local time." I wonder why the Japanese did not shoot it down? An expert reporter would have provided that detail.

  4. What would the Russians or Chinese do if someone starting lobbing ballistic missiles over their territory?

  5. Japan has Patriot's, semi good, (5% or so) for targetting an incoming warhead, useless for targetting an overflying missile.

Japan and the US are working on an advanced Patriot 3, but they arn't deployed yet.

Japan also has adopted the AGEIS System, it's worked once, in a scipted test.

25% of the USN Ageis Cruisers and destroyers in the 7th fleet, have gone "offline" due to navigational groundings and collisions in the last 8 months,

It would be bad for the billion dollar BMD industry, for it to be exposed as a scam.

  6. Don't try to shoot it down and show bravery and confidence, like not flinching. Attempt to shoot it down and risk failure which would prove vulnerability. Better to feign confidence than prove vulnerability me thinks.
