Matthew d'Ancona, The Guardian: The Catalan dream will not be extinguished by force

Secession from Spain would be unwise for many reasons. But in this age of hectic change, the search for identity cannot simply be dismissed

It’s remarkable what you can learn in Slovenia. At a conference on politics, security and development in Bled earlier this year, I was lucky enough to chat to the Catalan delegates, proudly representing the interests and wisdom of their ancient principality. 2. Yeah Jay, I know you just can't hang with any argument on modeling, but you can go to Leftist sites.

You have not been to the site and argued. It would not give you the thrill that you seek. Nor would you come out very well if you did. that is you would look stupid.

A few more years advance and the alarmists or warmunists will have to extend their doom and gloom scenario out from 2100 to 2200. Now that will be damn embarrassing.
