Unless you use trained experts it'd be hard to understand and assess Putin on any given subject, let alone understanding him as a man.part of his kgb training is to be secretive and difficult to read/predict. And he's talented at it on top. So yeah, don't even think I'll read that AP piece. ..likely waste of time. :))
