Seven Palestinians Killed And 500 Wounded In Clashes On The Israel - Gaza Border

Daily Mail: Siege in Gaza: Five killed by Israeli forces and 370 injured as thousands of Palestinians swarm the border, burn photos of Trump, and vow to protest for six weeks until the US embassy moves to Jerusalem

* Hundreds injured as Palestinian protesters clash with Israeli military at Gaza border, officials say
* Four protesters killed in clashes and one man died earlier on Friday in Israeli shelling on Gaza
* Thousands of Palestinians have gathered in tent encampments set up in five sites near the border
* The 'tent protest' will last for six weeks, until the U.S. carries out move of embassy to Jerusalem
* Protesters were seen burning posters of U.S. President Donald Trump at the border today

Four Palestinians, including a 16-year-old boy, have been killed as protesters clashed with Israeli troops in several locations along the Israel-Gaza border fence, as mass sit-ins touted by officials as peaceful protests quickly spun out of control.

Israeli troops fired live bullets and tear gas at protesters on the other side of the border fence, and more than 370 Palestinians were wounded by army fire, Gaza officials said.

Thousands participated in the clashes, as estimated 17,000 people gathered in tent encampments set up in five sites near the border, due to remain in place until the U.S. opens its new embassy in Jerusalem.

Participants were seen burning and stamping on posters with the face of U.S. President Donald Trump, who ordered the move of the embassy from Tel Aviv.

  1. From the report, "Israeli troops fired live bullets and tear gas at protesters on the other side of the border fence, and more than 370 Palestinians were wounded by army fire, Gaza officials said."

Good thing the Israeli's didn't fire dead bullets nor dead tear gas!
That just won't do and somebody would need to take them to the UN, or something.

Reporters are the least educated and people graduating from colleges and they lack perspective.

Clearly you need the schooling you think journalists lack. First, it is convention to distinguish between "live bullets" and blanks, or non lethal or even rubber bullets...I had in training in had machine guns firing over our prone bodies and we were warned that was live ammunition. In addition, if there were an error in how the story apprared it would be the fault not of the reporter but of the editor, the copy reader.

That said, HERE IS THE REAL REASON THE PALESTINIANS ARE MARCHING

  3. I'll agree with Fred here.

Blanks can kill at very close range.

Rubber bullets can kill but generally do not.

The use of rubber bullets is to giving warning and to hopefully cause the other side to cease and desist. Obviously they do not, so this will continue to build and spiral out of control.

    Hamas has no work ethic.
