Is The Cuban Government Permitting More Access To News And Information For Its Citizens?

WNU editor: From the AP .... Cuba slightly loosens controls on state media (AP). It is still tightly controlled, and the internet is still restricted and/or out of reach for most Cubans. It is hard to believe that in an age where cell phones and having access to the world wide web is a given, the Cuban government wants access restricted to only a chosen few (or those who have the money to pay for it .... which most do not).
