I used to listen to the English language broadcast of Radio Moscow in Florida in the late '70s. I could pick it up at 600 on the AM dial late at night. It was a hoot especially when they would celebrate sending a cosmonaut from an allied nation on a Soyuz launch. I still get a chuckle picturing some poor Vietnamese rice farmer screaming while getting duck taped to a seat before lift off.
