Business Insider: The White House is considering an antitrust investigation into 'online platform bias' at Google and Facebook — read the leaked document here
* Business Insider has obtained a copy of a proposed executive order for President Trump that would ask federal law enforcement to "thoroughly investigate whether any online platform has acted in violation of the antitrust laws," to "protect competition among online platforms and address online platform bias."
* Trump has previously said, "Social Media is totally discriminating against Republican/Conservative voices."
* He has also stated, wrongly, that Google discriminated against his State of the Union speech.
* There is no evidence that either Google or Facebook discriminate against conservatives.
The White House has drafted a text of a proposed executive order for President Donald Trump that would trigger an antitrust investigation into Google and Facebook, according to a copy of the document obtained by Business Insider. The existence of the draft was first reported by Bloomberg.

WNU Editor: When I see videos like this one it is not hard to see their political biases .... Leaked Google Video Shows Google Executives Upset Over Trump Presidential Win (September 13, 2018), or what they do when employees speak out .... So Much For Google's Manifesto (August 8, 2018), and then there is their search results .... Google Lists “Nazism” As The Ideology Of The California Republican Party. (May 31, 2018). Google, Facebook, and other social platforms are public companies that must follow U.S. laws. Considering their monopolistic status, I say break them into thousands of pieces.
There is no need to use google as a search engine, or use facebook, etc and therefore since there are alternatives, there is no monopolistic control.

You do not have to amend your statement, but people will draw the appropriate conclusions if you do not.
