Protests Continue For A 24th Consecutive Saturday In France

France 24: Unconvinced by Macron's promises, Yellow Vests keep up the pressure

Tens of thousands of Yellow Vest protesters took to the streets for a 24th consecutive Saturday, with many saying the proposals French President Emmanuel Macron announced this week don't go far enough to address the plight of struggling workers.

But the protesters have already made clear the measures don't go far enough.

French police fired tear gas to push back protesters who tried to march towards the European Parliament building in the eastern city of Strasbourg. Protests in Paris remained generally peaceful.

"The Yellow Vest movement has to keep going," said Thierry-Paul Valette, co-founder of Yellow Vest Citizens, saying Macron had "missed a crucial opportunity" to meet with those who have been protesting since mid-November.

  1. France is Venezuela 30 years ago. Let's now turn to France to see how much longer the EU socialist model lasts.

  5. The New York Times prints an anti-Semitic dog whistle cartoon and Fred keeps reading the New York Times.

If the Democrat Party told him to buy, read and enjoy The Daily Stormer, Fred would do it.

    the cartoon, overseas issue ...

So if it would the cartoon would have been in the national issue, then it would have been problem.

But since it was the international edition it is okay.

    Wonderful that clears that up.

Did you run that logic past your wife? What did she say?

"adds obvious visual anti-Semitic elements, the Jewish garb on Trump and Netanyahu's nose."

The dog walking thing is one thing. It is typical Democrat. They called Bush a monkey. Then they said you cannot do the same to Obama, because we said so. So the dog walking thing is business as usual.

But why the Jewish nose thing? That has been used since the NAZI days and since before the ADL was formed around 1900. Are you good with it?

Did kids beat you up on the playground and said they would 1/2 way accept you, if you became a Democrat and stopped going to Friday prayers? Is that why you are a Democrat?

Are you good with the nose caricature?

Here is an easy prediction: They will use it again. You will excuse it again. You have so much backbone. It is amazing!

  10. if the commander-in-chief does not even want to hear about election security, then how can this administration fight the problem which, according to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, is bigger than anybody thinks?

“The bottom line is, there was overwhelming evidence that Russian operatives hacked American computers and defrauded American citizens, and that is only the tip of the iceberg of a comprehensive Russian strategy to influence elections, promote social discord, and undermine America, just like they do in many other countries,” Rosenstein said Thursday.
