The market must be discounting the seriousness of Iran's rhetoric, the price of gas has been falling steadily since it last rose (during the failed Venezuelan "uprising").
Regarding the Mexican tariffs it certainly appears as if Trump is willing do anything and everything to screw the American shopper.
