I was shocked 15 years ago when the workplace got all technical and started treating blood on the factory floor like HAZMAT.
If someone got injured and bleed the person cleaning up would wear gloves, sop up the blood and throw away the sponges as medical hazmat. Very expensive. Then they would clean the surface with bleach.
I thought it was overkill, but they might have a point. You would assume most people are healthy, but nowadays the are so many maggot infested=, diseased liberals running around treating blood as hazmat is wise. You never now how many STDs they have.
So back to Denver, a once great city. To do this right the business owner would have to treat the liberal poop smearing the sidewalk outside his business as medical waste and buy latex gloves and other stuff and contract with a medical hazardous waste disposal company.
And all this because liberals poop in the streets.

City ordinance is that the owner of the property pays for the initial sidewalk. After that it is up to the city to repair.
