U.S. Forces Kill Two Jihadis In Syria Using Terrifying 'Ninja' Missile

Daily Mail: US forces kill two jihadis in Syria using terrifying 'Ninja' missile that deploys SIX deadly blades to mince its targets - just 10 miles from where ISIS leader al-Baghdadi was killed

* The targeted strike was said to have involved the use of a secret ‘Ninja’ missile, otherwise known as the AGM-114R9X, which has a non-explosive warhead
* The R9X substitutes the explosive warhead found on standard missiles for a set of six folding sword-like blades, designed to minimize civilian casualties
* The missile was reportedly used in a strike on a minivan Tuesday, killing two alleged jihadi's fewer than 10 miles from Barisha, where al-Baghdadi was killed
* It’s been reported that two people were killed, however their identities have not yet been released, nor as any information as to what group they're associated
* Tentative reports suggest at least one of the victims killed may have been Abu Ahmad al-Muhajir, a member of Hayat Tahrir Al Sham
* The devastating so called 'flying Ginsu', was reportedly used to kill deputy leader of Al-Qaeda Abu Khayr al-Masri in February 2017

US forces reportedly conducted an airstrike on a minivan in a north-western Syrian city on Tuesday, killing two targets just 10 miles away from where former ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed in a raid in October.

The targeted strike was said to have involved the use of a secret ‘Ninja’ missile, known as the AGM-114R9X, which substitutes the explosive warhead found on standard missiles for a set of six folding sword-like blades, designed to smash through buildings and vehicles with minimal civilian casualties.

  1. WSJ had an article several years back about how urban warfare induced the US to creat smaller bombs. Thus was opposite to the trend during previous wars where bombs were always made bigger or more explosive (up to 2,000 lbs for WW2).

They wanted a bomb to kill say a terrorists in Baghdad house and not touch the house on either side. The explosive force of the bombs was 50 or 100 lbs. That way a terrorist always had to stay puckered up. They could not rely on embedding with civilians to protect them.

Terrorists figured if they lived surrounded by civilians they would be safe from air attack and any troop movement would be blocked or warned of.

So there were no civilian casualties, so the usual suspects do not have that. They will complain instead of the cost.
