* United Airlines among those cutting Hong Kong route as virus death toll climbs
China was becoming increasingly isolated on Wednesday as major airlines rushed to pull flights to the mainland, while the death toll from the Wuhan coronavirus continued to grow.
More than 130 people are now known to have died from the disease and the number of people infected in China has risen above 6,000, a higher figure than the severe acute respiratory syndrome (Sars) epidemic in 2003.

1. Zerohedge is not a very good news source according to some people. It is gloom and doom. It is also pro-Russian.
ReplyDelete2. The Chinese middle and upper classes will still have money, when this is over and they will still travel. Travel agents exist to part consumers from their money.
3. There will be a dearth of Chinese babies born in American hospitals. Birth tourism will take a major hit. Do the Democrats have a plan to save the day?

ReplyDeletePeople are becoming WAY to hysterical over this. Actually I should clarify. "We" are not hysterical. "We" are remaining calm. It is the media/pundit class that is getting hysterical.
ReplyDeleteWhen we are hysterical, we are unable to properly focus. In order to solve problems, proper discipline and focus are required. It is par for the course for main stream media to react hysterically to pretty much everything. As such, IMHO their analysis of almost anything important should be treated with extreme skepticism.
Prediction: not only will American and Chinese airlines "bounce back" in two months maximum it will be as though this never happened.
thank you doctor poster
ReplyDeleteThe news people are likely glad to have something other than Trump to fill their day. Trump is probably over joyed with the distraction too.

What would you think of calling a bald guy "curly"?
Why do you watch CNN?
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you?
ReplyDeleteWhy would I watch a network that has news staff, who hypothesize black holes swallow up airliners?
ReplyDeleteI can monitor CNN from time to time at airports. Whenever I do, I see they are still stuck on stupid.
Which brings up the point as to why you are stuck on stupid Bob.
ReplyDeleteYour inability to answer my questions tells me much about you
I already told you that I watch CNN. I monitor it occasionally. Each time it confirms that it CNN is garbage. I do my part to not being in a bell jar
ReplyDeleteSo I answered you question of "Why don't you?"
Bob however will due in a bell jar (echo chamber) like a butterfly caught by some little boy.
Bob's pointless life
Picky, picky.
ReplyDeleteActually I only watch CNN when they are showing live broadcasts such as the Impeachment fiasco.
Impeachment was a fiasco. Democrats took a huge hit.
