Reuters: Exclusive: Internal Chinese report warns Beijing faces Tiananmen-like global backlash over virus
BEIJING (Reuters) - An internal Chinese report warns that Beijing faces a rising wave of hostility in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak that could tip relations with the United States into confrontation, people familiar with the paper told Reuters.
The report, presented early last month by the Ministry of State Security to top Beijing leaders including President Xi Jinping, concluded that global anti-China sentiment is at its highest since the 1989 Tiananmen Square crackdown, the sources said.
As a result, Beijing faces a wave of anti-China sentiment led by the United States in the aftermath of the pandemic and needs to be prepared in a worst-case scenario for armed confrontation between the two global powers, according to people familiar with the report’s content, who declined to be identified given the sensitivity of the matter.
The report was drawn up by the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR), a think tank affiliated with the Ministry of State Security, China’s top intelligence body.

WNU Editor: If the above Reuters report is accurate, the Chinese are leaking this intelligence report to send a message to the U.S. to "back-off". This is very disappointing. The tells me that the Chinese government is still in denial on the incredible damage that they have inflicted on the world with how they handled (and still handling) this pandemic. Their actions have caused enormous harm and suffering to the U.S. and its European allies, and threatening the U.S. is only going to make any hope of reconciliation impossible. In fact. You can count on the U.S. responding.

Its China vs. planet earth. At least they'll have US Democrats and MSM on their side.
ReplyDeleteComrade Xi has but to do nothing. He already knows.
ReplyDeleteThe American house is built on a rotting foundation. It's people overfed, over drugged and stupefied by a bankrupt culture. Lead by idiots and cut-rate thieves.
Xi simply has to give the tottering house a tap. And over it will crash into the grave. The work started by Mao will then be complete.
9:14,
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of confidence in overfed, Pudgy Xi.
Oh and for your info. You meant not write "Led by idiots..." and not "Lead by idiots...". I hope your failed attempt at propaganda does get you sent to a 劳改.

"You only have to kick in the door and the whole rotten structure will come crashing down..."

ReplyDeleteWhat else did we expect from a country with a "Ministry of State Security"
So much for a train ride starting in London and heading east. That is a pipe dream.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the Chicomm propaganda fix. I'm sure all the bat-eating proles in China believe every word. Its some bold talk coming from a shitpile of a country who can't even feed its own people, populated by a dying demographic of single, maladjusted males.
China will likely implode on its own within 3-4 years. And they were kind enough to telegraph their endgame. When they they're going down, they'll try to ruin the globe. Fitting. Its what a pestilence does.
The Communist Chinese nation is a dangerous parasite and must be destroyed.
/Take that to UCI and smoke it.
Russ, how many salted pork products have you eaten today? Do you supersize?
ReplyDeleteThe average American male must eat at least 5,000 calories a day to keep up with the Jones's. I recommend buying pants with an elastic waistband. You'll save a few bucks.

ReplyDeleteYou know, you're right. We should just keep all our pork, chicken, beef right here in the US. We'll have big macs for breakfast, lunch and dinner! And starve the Chinese out. Wouldn't take long to see social media footage of cannibalism from that Hell hole.
We'll float them our onion overage when it gets dire.
/Call it a starvation siege.

ReplyDeleteWow, you are a worthless fuck that cannot do math and science (biology and chemistry).
A person needs about 2,000 to 3,000 calories per day depending on what they are doing. So you are saying that an American male gains a pound a day.
You must be in the running for the Lord Haw Haw award.
If you want to start a war with china, just cut off all trade. They don't have any oil.
