The Feedback That I Have Received From Yesterday's U.S. Presidential Debate

President Donald Trump and Democratic rival Joe Biden battled fiercely over Trump's record on the coronavirus pandemic, healthcare and the economy in a chaotic and bad-tempered first debate marked by personal insults and Trump's repeated interruptions. While being interrupted by Trump, Biden said, "Will you shut up, man. This is so unpresidential. ... Keep yapping, man." REUTERS/Jonathan Ernst

WNU Editor: It has been an interesting morning. The main stream media's reaction and pundit commentary has been predictable. President Trump is blah, blah, blah. After four years nothing has changed in the main stream media. Talked to a few people who do not like President Trump. Same reaction. They do not care about Presidential candidate Biden and how he performed last night. Their focus is entirely on President Trump. I detected zero enthusiasm for the former Vice-President. Talked to a few Trump supporters. They loved how he was fighting back and refusing to stand down. They are firmly committed to supporting him.

In my case. I know where President Trump stands. What I wanted to know more is former Vice-President Biden positions. This is what I learned.

Law and order: This is an important issue. The former Vice President was not reassuring. The fact that he could not name one police precinct that supports him is telling.

Closing economy: President Trump wants to open the economy. Former Vice-President Biden is more focused on closing the economy.

Green deal: Former Vice-President says he does not support it. But it is on his web page. I believe he does support this program, and he just did not want to scare those who  may be impacted by it personally.

Antifa: This is an organization. Has been for years.

SCOTUS:  Former Vice-President Biden is not willing to publish his list. Why?

  2. Another nice copy and paste job.

Do you read anything but far leftwing newspapers and magazines?

I like how WNU's site as "your" site, but you capitalize your use of "MY". You do not have much of an ego do you? It must have been hell to take one of your classes.

Does quoting the Oregonian and USA today for the same story make it more true?

The way I see it is the Sheriff backs Trump, but does not want to say it publicly for fear or murder or arson attempts. Or maybe Trump made a small mistake and I mean small. Trump has been supported by so many police organizations after the Democrat riots of late spring and all through the summer that Trump can't remember them all. Retired police chief of Joe Biden's hometown of Scranton will not support Joe. 2/3rds of NAPO members support Trump.

"US says it will block palm oil from large Malaysian producer"
You did not even read the story did you Mr. Ego?

"The United States will detain shipments of palm oil and its products from a major producer in Malaysia after a wide range of labor abuse indicators were found, including physical and sexual violence and forced child labor, an official said Wednesday."

Mr. Ego thought that the article said something bad about Trump, so Mr. Ego listed it. It makes me quesiotn 2 things. First, you might literally be given a TPM by some leftists group, which you liberal sprinkle throughout the internet like a bot. Second, I wonder how many in the Democrat Party rank & file are pro-pedo. Netflix came out with "Cuties." Susan Rice is on the board of NetfLix. Obama greedily takes Netflix money. Democrat ties to Netflix are strong indeed.

A Democrat congressman got a death threat. It is not good, but it is not unusual. But for the record it is mostly liberals that actual shoot to kill or plant bombs to kill congress people.

    https://nypost.com/2018/06/11/politicians-fear-for-safety-as-threats-against-congress-skyrocket/

We have to have armed security at congressional baseball games, because a Bernie Sanders supporter tried to mass murder the congressional Republicans. A socialist tried to murder Congressional Republicans.

Keep spamming the TPM Mr. Ego.

  3. How does Joe Biden not get arrested and sent Pelican Bay for his OGE 450?

    https://www.nasa.gov/pdf/109628main_450form.pdf

Hunter got money from China and Russia and rank & file Democrats are okay with it.

I wonder, if philoctetes knows what an OGE 450 is?

Why ask, since the guy is not well read and not very knowledgeable about much.

Was the CNN poll drawn from a random sample?

Did Mr Ego look into to the poll internals to see if Democrats were over-represented?

    Would Mr. Ego know how?

  6. The Dems expected their candidate to be a Trump, instead he's a Biden.

  7. Look at Joe Biden's earlobes. On one side he has a regular earlobe, and on the other facing Trump he doesn't have an earlobe. Hmmm suspicious

  8. I missed the 1st 20 minutes of Trump.

Local talk show host trio think Biden is a lock after last night.

This is not new. Democrats have always looked like a lock due to polling since 1999/2000. In 2000 Zogby was right and all the other were wrong. Between legal, illegal immigration, regular, massive vote fraud and media bias in polling and coverage, it is a wonder that Republicans ever win. Last weekend the women folk, who are all immigrants (legal) were discussing the elections and voting. They opined that they would not vote. They do not like politics in general. They have been that way a long time. That is it precedes Trump. So I know where to place the blame.

I am looking at people like Chris Wallace and other people like the Lord of Flies.

  9. In 1991, CNN’s Larry King asked Trump what Duke’s success with white voters in a failed bid for the Louisiana governorship represented.

Trump replied: "I hate seeing what it represents, but I guess it just shows there's a lot of hostility in this country. There's a tremendous amount of hostility in the United States."

In 2000, Trump declined to run a Reform Party presidential bid in part because the party attracted Duke’s support. Trump also called Duke "a bigot, a racist, a problem."

    - Politifact

So why did Mike Wallace pull this shit?

"WALLACE: You have repeatedly criticized the vice president for not specifically calling out antifa and other left-wing extremist groups. But are you willing, tonight, to condemn white supremacists and militia groups and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we've seen in Portland? Are you prepared to specifically do that?"

First, The violence at Kenosha , Portland, Chicago, and other cites is 99% liberal/Democrat.

Sure a pedophile Democrat got shot dead, but everything we have seen so far on film shows Rittenhouse acted in self defense and that the Democrats in the streets looting were armed and dangerous. Democrats form Biden top Mike Wallace to the Portland 'leaders' are asking us to swallow a bitter pill of puke. They claim that the violence in Portland for 4 months was not Antifa but rightwing.

Second, why bring it up? Trump has denounced Spencer, Duke and others going back decades (3) and yet Goebbelic journalists like Mike Wallace keep bringing it up as if a Republican, ant Republican must denounce white racists as often as they say mass of for some reason they are racist. They are very coy that way.

It is just the usual lie of Democrats. George W. Bush has a Hispanic sister in law and speaks Spanish. Yet George & Bush have to prove everyday that they are not anti-Hispanic through profuse and loud utterance or else the assholes of the Democrat Party and media claim they are racist. It is the game all Democrats play in elected office and in the media.

Mike Wallace played it last night. The Debate was stacked. It was 2 against 1.

  10. Think what you want about most of those, but the SCOTUS list thing is a generational difference. Back in the day SCOTUS was supposed to be non-political and campaigning on judge appointment was considered an extremely gauche attempt to politicize the courts. Since they've ended up politicized anyway the new generation of politicians (including Trump, who while Biden's age didn't spend a decade in the Senate absorbing that view) really doesn't have that norm in their head.

  11. There the guy, whose grandmother knew he was a schmendrik, goes again wrapping himself in the constitution telling children's tales like he believes them.

Joe Biden has a list. He is not releasing the list publicly, because he does not want to scare voters away. He wants to keep a number of them fooled about his true intentions.

Guache? Yeah, let's talk about manners. The Rockerfellers, Vanderbilts, medieval warlords and Kennedy's all talk about manners once they elbowed and clawed their way to the front of the line.

Being up gauche means do not ask me, because my other replies will be worse than the 'gauche' reply.

The was no manners from the Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, when he lied about Romney not paying taxes. After the election his only comment was"It worked didn't it?" Is that the generation you are talking about philoctetes? The Biden Harry Reid generation of senators, which had KKK Byrd?

    Disgusting!

  12. "Biden has stayed silent on who he might appoint to the Supreme Court, and has said he won't release a list of potential nominees, the way President Trump did in 2016.

But he has pledged to select a Black woman if elected and presented that opportunity."

The important thing to Biden is not to apply logic to laws passed by Congress but to decide what your objective is and then work backwards.

If laws conflict, how do you know? by applying logic. If the result is something the judge does not like? Tough noogies. The remedy for that is for Congress to pass a different/better law or to put forth an amendment. It is for Congress to fix not SCOTUS.

  13. Mucho babble here. Simple fact: Biden went into the debate leading in every single poll. Trump's task was to show that Biden was all the things Trump had claimed him to be. Trump failed in so doing. Biden emerged unscathed and tons of money got sent to his campaign. He is now beginning a huge ad blitz. The winner? the person who did not watch the debate.

  14. Grande bad smell blew into the comment thread at 5:56.

Hillary lead in the pols throughout and she lost. So what do the polls tell us?

All I see is a man who gropes women and children on TV and no one says anything about it since he is a Democrat.

I see a man, who flew is son to China when he went there as VP, so his son could ink deals. Well Joe said it was a social visit between his son and a Chinese banker.

I see man, whose son got a direct wire transfer from the richest woman in Russia, an oligarchy.

But we should not be concerned. If too many people own the Bidens then non one owns the Bidens.

China and russia would have to take the issue to the UN General Assembly or the Hague to decide who owns the Bidens. It could take decades to work out. So Old Joe should have no "immediate" conflicts of interests.

    eres el carajo, ¿no?
