Biden Lead Over Trump Cut To 3 Points After Presidential Debate: IBD/TIPP Poll

Joe Biden's lead over President Donald Trump has narrowed to 2.7 points among likely voters, a new IBD/TIPP 2020 election poll finds.

Trump's rise comes despite registered voters seeing Biden as the winner of Tuesday's debate and coming across as more likable by double-digit margins.

The new IBD/TIPP Poll was conducted after the Trump-Biden presidential debate on Tuesday night but before the early Friday bombshell that President Trump has tested positive for the coronavirus.

WNU Editor: I regard the IBD/TIPP poll as one of the most accurate polls out there. What they are saying is that  President Trump still has a lot of ground to catch up.

  1. In the last election I was not going to vote for either candidate. The release of yet more evidence of clinton's unacceptable behind the scenes behavior caused me to vote for DJT.
I will vote for him this election. I have been quite satisfied with his agenda. But after his performance in the so called debate I would not be surprised that he doesn't win this election. A main reason for this will have been his behavior in the televised event.

  2. The stock markets are predicting a Biden victory. While they have a good track record, no one is perfect and they did get 2016 wrong. 2.7% still looks like a close race but POTUS coming down with COVID-19 doesn't help IMHO.

A so called "wild card" may be how VP Pence does. On the upside, his policies will be virtually identical to Trump's and he seems less abrasive which should make it easier to win friends and influence people. On the downside, I'm not sure he has the willpower to take on the opposition nor does he have the negotiating skills Trunp has. Furthermore I don't think he's as smart as Trump is.

As has been said, we shall see what happens. As always, prayers for US leaders and all world leaders.

If you are in a debate, a debate where the moderator is playing for the other side and your opponent is lying through his teeth, you would interject too.

Also, review Biden's debate with Paul Ryan in 2012 and tell me that you feel sorry for Biden now.

Chris Wallace is a fuck and I mean that in the kindest and gentlest sort of way. When you continually ask someone if they did something and do not take no for an answer, you are in fact accusing them. Chris Wallace did exactly that vis-a-vis racism.

If I asked you 10:57 "Did you rape your wife?" in public every day, you would call the cops or you would take a swing. Chris Wallace did exactly that in the debates.

Do you really want to be that person who thinks Chis Wallace/Walter Cronkhite were straight shooter and had no conflict of interest only to find out after they retired or died that they hoodwinked you? It would be deja vu all over again.
