Is President Biden's Vaccination Program The Same As Former President Trump's Plan?

Zero Hedge
: Biden Plagiarizes Again After Bloomberg Points Out Virus Plan Is Basically Trump's

While President Biden has done nothing but disparage President Trump's COVID-19 vaccination plan - while promising on the campaign trail to 'introduce his own,' it now appears there was no 'new' plan whatsoever - and his team is essentially using Trump's playbook with "modest changes," according to Bloomberg.

Biden has said vaccine distribution was in “worse shape than we anticipated.” White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain said a Trump administration plan “did not really exist.” Adviser Cedric Richmond said they “didn’t leave a plan.” Xavier Becerra, Biden’s choice for health secretary, said it was like taking over a plane in a nosedive.

But while Biden’s approach to the virus -- frank warnings about the pandemic, mask mandates on federal property -- is a reversal from Trump’s policies, his administration’s distribution of vaccines so far looks little different from that of its predecessor. Before Biden was sworn in, vaccines already were being delivered at a pace to meet his goal of 100 million doses in his first 100 days as president.

The Biden administration has said they’ll order new doses, but will do so by exercising options in contracts negotiated by the previous administration, which thought it premature to do so. They say they’ll use the Defense Production Act, which Trump used repeatedly. Rather than a total overhaul, they have otherwise made course corrections and modest shifts. Data released Friday by Johnson & Johnson will fuel hopes that a third vaccine soon could hit the U.S. market. -Bloomberg

WNU Editor: Aside from the mask mandates and issuing warnings about the pandemic, I see little if any differences between President Biden's vaccine plan and President's Trump's. And while I do know it is still early in President Biden's term, there have been no real surprises.

  3. As much as I despise ChinaJoe and consider him a dupe for Xi selling me out to Chinese interests I give him credit for wisely continuing President Trumps Wuhan virus containment policies.

  6. How terrible was President Trump’s response? Tens of millions of effective vaccines were being produced monthly by the second grifter Joe was sworn in. Biden asserted under his administration 1 million Americans would be vaccinated daily, yet that number was far exceeded by Trump’s team before Biden was sworn in. Trump’s team managed to set up a distribution system that was running efficiently less than 1 month after vaccine roll out.

What has Biden’s team done? Go on TV and take cheap shots at the guy who gave them vaccines and contracts to produce enough to vaccinate all the USA. Will Biden’s gang screw it up? Has Biden groped women and girls? For sure.

    1) Who is Binden?
    2) Mow tat you mention it, yes Joe Biden is a womanizer, but that was not the point of my post(s).
    3) The post was to show something else about the Biden administration.
    4) I wonder what degree Jalina has. We all probably know except you.

  9. Fred,

By the time 'Binden' was sworn-in, 15.6 million people were already vaccinated in months time, which is not bad and is actually quite good for a ramp up for a novel vaccine rollout that they said would take 2 years.

You are wrong on just about everything form Google to climate change. You are the only sock puppet here defending Google. And about that climate change, We were promised no snow. 21 years later and I have had snow for awhile God Damned month/

The Greenie Weenies have blackouts in California. Germany is about to implement blackouts due to green energy programs. Slow Joe of dementia fame wants to import that to the rest of the US.

If my mother called and had cookies and milk, I would be right over. I am looking to have a mother still at my age. WNU's mother is 90 something. You do not see him complaining bout his mother. Of course he has a bout 140 more IQ points than you.

Plus my mother is a better baker than my spouse. The spouse is a good cook and I won't have to worry as much about colon cancer, but a great baker they are not.

You have defended the Left's policies on climate change like every other thing the Leftists have proposed.

4:15 does not remembered. 4:15 is like Lucy Whitmore. 4:15 could never make a mistake in a 1984 world, since it has no memory.
