WNU Editor: No masks at North Korea's Party Congress. That tells me that for North Korea to pull this off and have a Covid-19 free environment, every top North Korean official and their support staff must have been put in isolation for 2 to 3 weeks. And only then .... after numerous tests .... be permitted to attend the Congress. The logistics to do this must have been incredible.
