I do not think the soldier is scared of the farmer. I think the soldier is not prepared to use force against the farmer. He does not want to.
ReplyDeleteThe Shah's soldiers did not want to sue fore against protesters in 1979. The difference is that the Indian government has legitimacy in the eyes of the people and soldiers. So far. It has a long way to go, but the the Indian government and all governments should take care. Just an observation.
Many leftists revolutionaries count on soldiers not fighting back. They suborn them. It is in the literature.
But as Left liberals as many deep staters are, I do not think they pay attention to history. The ones that do 11/2ass it or less.
Start shooting them
ReplyDeleteI looked at the concerns of the farmers.
ReplyDeleteI would much rather start by shooting rioters in the US, who throw bottles filled with ice or water, flares, flashbangs, or striking law enforcement officers with baseball bats.
The guys in India are not dirty white kids with no education or bogus degrees. they are honest farmers. They lay hands on an officer ... all bets are off.
I think the Indian farmers have legitimate grievances. Maybe they should do what the French, Belgium and Dutch farmers do when they protest. It does not involve assaulting officers.
