  1. An example of hiding information and obfuscating discussion with lousy data

    "Obesity prevalence, or the proportion of the population who are obese during a certain time period, was 42 percent for adults aged 20 or older between 2017 and 2018, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control, while the rate for adolescents aged 12 to 19 was 21 percent between 2015 and 2016, the most recent period with available data."

    This tells me something.

    " while the rate for adolescents aged 12 to 19 was 21 percent between 2015 and 2016, the most recent period with available data"

    Age Group 12 -19 ::: Obesity % = 21

    This tells me nothing.

    It could be that all the adults older than 20 who are obese are all older than 40 and than 1/2 of adults are under 40. In which case there is no problem due to obesity.

    The problem with e reporting is that they are reporting information that is so summarized as to be effing useless.

    If the would have broken it down into 10 year age groups/cohorts (20-29 & 30-39), it would have actually provided useful information.

    Most people in most nations have gotten fatter since 2000 due to the internet, smart phones, tablets, and consoles. I would throw in politicians as being the main factors with their COVID lockdowns and Munchausen care that they place everything off limits or make it super expensive. Look the book tube pre-internet, the electronic gadgets of today is the ruling elites preferred soma, pacifier, and sop to throw to the masses.

    I would say the officers and Senior NCO's are derelict in their duty if their people are obese. At the minimum they could mandate mandatory fun and if they were creative, the enlisted troops would buy into it.

  3. If Bitcoin passed 33K, then people are clearly impressed with Biden's stupendous victory. Although not fairly earned, the victory using stuffed shirt Biden, has people expecting high taxes, rampant corruption, and disaster. Gold and Bitcoin go up when things are becoming worse. Clearly, people are dreading the DNC's rapine and piracy.

    Gold price is inversely proportional to good times.

    When gold prices are high, that signals the economy is not healthy. Investors buy gold as protection from either an economic crisis or inflation.

    Buckle up kiddies, TPTB of the Democrat party although rich want more and are about to bend us over the bolster.
