Brazil's coronavirus death rate tripled among people in their 20s in February as the country's dangerous new variant took over, a study has found.
Researchers investigated the ratio of Covid cases to deaths in Brazil last month and found it surged in young people.
Even though the numbers of cases across the country were declining the number of people aged 20 to 29 dying of the disease rose three-fold, they noticed.

Years and years ago living in Brasil was as follows. Food was cheap and better than in America, but everything else was expensive. You had fat Brazilians then. There are even more by number or percentages now. Food probably went downhill :/
ReplyDeleteThere is a 3 fold increase in people 20 to 29. So if it went from 3 to 9 per month that would be alarming? The base is not 3, but they also never told you the base. They also never asked why five times.
