WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The national security advisers for the United States and the Philippines discussed their shared concerns over Chinese activities in the South China Sea in a call on Wednesday, the White House said.
The Philippines has described the presence of hundreds of Chinese boats inside its 200-mile exclusive economic zone at Whitsun Reef in the South China Sea as “swarming and threatening.”
Manila believes the vessels were manned by maritime militia. Chinese diplomats have said the boats were sheltering from rough seas and no militia were aboard.

I misread the title. I thought the US admiral and his Phillipine counterparts were going to discuss how they were going to use swarming tactics against the Chinese. I was hopeful. I re-read the title and became anxious.
China is being very stupid. It may mean they will not win in the end, but it will be very bloody.
Where is the western answer? This show a lot of weakness.

The west isn't going to unzipp their fly and reveal anything to the CCP that would be what a idiot would do. The west knows they have the power to repel boarders they don't have to stage a theater performance to convince the world like the CCP does.
