The conversation follows at least three high-level calls between the U.S. and Ukraine this week.
President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke on Friday morning for the first time since Biden took office, amid reports of a Russian military buildup in eastern Ukraine that has alarmed U.S. and Ukrainian officials.
The leaders spoke for 30 to 40 minutes, according to a person with knowledge of the call.
A White House readout of the conversation said Biden “reaffirmed the United States’ unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russia’s ongoing aggression in the Donbas and Crimea.”

The Biden–Ukraine conspiracy theory is a series of unevidenced claims centered on the false allegation that while Joe Biden was vice president of the United States, he engaged in corrupt activities relating to the employment of his son Hunter Biden by the Ukrainian gas company Burisma.[1] They were spread primarily in an attempt to damage Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign.[2] United States intelligence community analysis released in March 2021 found that proxies of Russian intelligence promoted and laundered misleading or unsubstantiated narratives about the Bidens "to US media organizations, US officials, and prominent US individuals, including some close to former President Trump and his administration."[3]
ReplyDeleteThe conspiracy theory alleges that then-Vice President Biden withheld loan guarantees to pressure Ukraine into firing a prosecutor to prevent a corruption investigation into Burisma and to protect his son. Although the United States did withhold government aid to pressure Ukraine into removing the corrupt and ineffective prosecutor,[4] this was the official and bipartisan policy of the federal government of the United States, which, along with the European Union, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, believed the prosecutor to be too lenient in investigating corruption.[5][6]
A New York Post article published in October 2020, with the involvement of Donald Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon, brought renewed attention to the allegations during the presidential election campaign.[4] Its veracity was strongly questioned and rejected by most mainstream media outlets and analysts.[7][8]
Background
Hunter Biden is a lawyer whose career previously included a period as an executive vice-president at MBNA and three years at the United States Department of Commerce. He then worked as a lobbyist until 2006, when George W. Bush appointed him to the board of directors of Amtrak, a post from which he resigned in February 2009, shortly after the inauguration of Barack Obama, when his father Joe Biden became vice-president. He resumed lobbying, and was counsel at the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, until the Ukrainian oil and gas firm Burisma Holdings hired him. As he had no prior experience in the energy sector, some viewed this as a likely attempt to buy influence via his father, and advisors to the Obama administration considered the situation awkward.[9]
The conspiracy theory holds that Burisma used his position to influence then-vice president Joe Biden, who subsequently conditioned the release of $1 billion in US government aid on a requirement that Ukraine fire its prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin (who held this post from February 2015[10] until March 2016[11]), to prevent the company from being investigated for corruption. This narrative is inconsistent with contemporaneous reports and has repeatedly been found to be false.[1] It was asserted that Hunter Biden's employment was suspicious because of his lack of expertise in the energy industry, though he is a lawyer who was hired to consult on "transparency, corporate governance and responsibility, international expansion and other priorities" rather than on energy matters.[12] No evidence has been found showing Hunter Biden engaged in influence peddling with his father.[13] While Vice President Biden did withhold $1 billion in government aid to Ukraine in 2015, he did this as a matter of American and international policy to induce Ukraine to remove a corrupt and ineffective prosecutor, not to prevent an investigation into Burisma. Shokin had failed to launch a serious investigation into the affairs of the country's corrupt oligarchs, including Burisma's founder Mykola Zlochevsky.[4]

Delete"Rep Matt Gaetz is expected to be indicted within the next few weeks as former Florida official and friend Joel Greenberg is believed to have turned on the congressman in the sex trafficking investigation against him, a source close to the probe tells DailyMail.com.
ReplyDeleteGreenberg, who was elected Seminole County Tax Collector in 2016, is currently in jail awaiting trial after being slapped with a string of charges last year including sex trafficking a minor between the age of 14 and 17.
Earlier this week Gaetz was revealed to be under investigation for allegedly engaging in a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old - who on Thursday was reported to be the same girl Greenberg is accused of sex trafficking, according to The New York Times.
The Florida Republican, 38, has furiously denied the allegations, instead insisting they are part of an alleged $25million extortion plot led by former Justice Department official David McGee.
But sources familiar with the matter say Gaetz's claims are just an attempt to divert attention from his connection to the Greenberg case as the investigation closes in on him"

There are 4 parts to be proven true.
1) First, whenever the puppeteers pull Joe out of the basement they give him Adderall or some stimulant to keep him up. They are putting him out in front of the cameras for short speeches recently.
2) I you apply too much voltage/current to the filament of a bulb it will fail sooner.
3) Adderall is a type of amphetamine. Frequent and/or prolonged use of amphetamine is bad on the body. It is why the USAF and the British Air Force stopped giving it to their pilots.
4) The last is is whether 2 & 3 together form a decent analogy. They do.
I wrote what I wrote at 3 PM and instead of pointing out any fallacy in any part of it, you attacked. You attacked because you saw one of your holies, Joe Biden in this case, criticized. To attack you engaged in one of your famous and signature copy and paste shitting attacks.
ReplyDeleteRep Matt Gaetz is working with the FBI. When someone is blackmailing you, if you are guilty you tend to ignore or pay out. If you are innocent you tend to go to the authorities. Based on that reasoning, I believe that Gaetz is probably innocent.
We have seen where so many news papers have absolutely lied like the Washington Post, which most recently lied about the Georgia phone call. The Russia Hoax went on for over 4 years and is still going on. FBI agent Auten said under oath that the Steele Dossier is fake.
This Russiagate FBI Analyst Couldn’t Verify Anything In The Steele Dossier Yet Said Nothing For Years
