We Are The Mighty: 4 languages active duty troops should learn
Sun Tzu once said, ‘To know your Enemy, you must become your Enemy’.” The armed forces operate across the globe. A basic understanding of the language of the enemies of freedom is important for troops abroad. Leaders anticipate problems and prepare for future battles. WNU Editor: We Are the Mighty's list is .... Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, and Arabic. I would add Russian and Japanese.
Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, Spanish
ReplyDeleteNice to have would be Japanese Korean and Polish. Screw German. Does Germany have a military?
1) LAUGHING STOCK Germany’s soldiers forced to use BROOMSTICK for a gun as Donald Trump blasts Angela Merkel over NATO spending
Trump was right!
2) "And in May the Luftwaffe had only four Eurofighter jets available from a total of 128 because of missile and coolant shortages."
3) "And The Times today reports all six of the country's submarines were recently put out of service at the same time due to various repairs."
No Army. No Air Force. No Navy.
Why?
"That's what happens when you steal your country's military defense money to fund welfare projects. This is not going to end well for her or Germany."
So Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, Spanish
Nice to have would be Japanese Korean, Polish and French. France might be doomed country, but French won't be dead for awhile, since it is Lingua franca in West Africa.
Others would be Hindi, a Turkish language, an Iranian language, Swahili and Tagalog.
Perhaps Spanish.
ReplyDeleteSince most cant even speak English correctly, how about Canada holds English classes.
ReplyDeleteThe Cartels in Mexico have operations in about 50 countries, They are truly Transnational. Spanish is a must. Cartels are a clear and present danger although President Puppet and his handlers will not admit it. They think they are the smartest ones in the room. They have a lot in common with the Mafiosa. They are not the brightest or the strongest. They are just the most ruthless.
ReplyDeleteI for one am glad Germany's military is kaput. Deep in their DNA, every time a military march song is played, a German's spine stiffens.
