The cyberattack carried out by a Russia-based group that disrupted U.S. meat production is likely a timed escalation just two weeks before President Biden meets Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to the former Moscow chief for the CIA.
White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Wednesday the U.S. 'isn't taking any options off the table' when it comes to talks with Russia on ransomware and other issues. The Russia government 'has a role to play' in stopping these attacks, she said.

A minor league talk show host called the JBS hack an act of war. I consider them minor and not major league. I have not checked Talkers magazine top 100 recently. They have said their show has more listeners than CNN has viewers. CNN musty really suck.
ReplyDeleteI d not think that particular show is strident or doctrinaire as some liberals would think, which is to say it is more man on the street. People are getting sick of the ransomware hacks and unlike the Russia Hoax they are blaming Russian and Putin.
Long gas lines for a fortnight stick in the mind more than what comes out of the mouth of someone like gasbag Mika Brzezinski on the Steele Dossier.
Also Circleback and by extension the usurpers got low marks for calling Colonial Pipeline and JBS hacks a private matter. Guess some people do not like governing when it gets hard.
Simple solution. Find some financial/banking avenue of attack and make the Russian government pay FIVE TIMES what their hackers demanded.
