Biden was receiving the bodies of the 13 U.S. service members killed in Kabul Conservatives and veterans attacked President Biden for appearing to look at his watch during a ceremony for the 13 U.S. service members killed in an ISIS-K suicide bombing near the Kabul airport in Afghanistan last week.
Biden met with the families of the troops killed in the attack, and he also attended the "dignified transfer" of the fallen troops, a military ritual of receiving the remains of those killed in foreign combat, while at Dover Air Force Base.
During the event, Biden appeared to look down at his watch, sparking criticism from conservatives.

If you can't tell much, I can and I am not the only one. I watch the ceremony "live" and it upset me immediately because it is obvious.

I read this a few ways.
One is senility caused him loss of control.
Another is that Biden does not have time for these things, because they are a waste of time to him. He went to at least one ceremony as VP. So he knows the ceremony.

It looked to me that he tried to sbeakily look at his watch. The above still proves it. Rude. Obviously he had better places to be.
