The Hill: Iran says it will return to nuclear negotiations
Iran said Wednesday that by the end of next month it will return to negotiations to restart the 2015 nuclear deal. Iran’s deputy foreign minister, Ali Bagheri, made the announcement on Twitter following a meeting with Enrique Mora, the European Union official serving as the chief coordinator on the talks.
Bagheri said he "had a very serious & constructive dialogue with @enriquemora_ on the essential elements for successful negotiations. We agree to start negotiations before the end of November. Exact date would be announced in the course of the next week."

The most important take away is the the America observers in Tehran have figured this out.
So they will talk and talk and talk and get nowhere. But they will look moderate because they are talking and this will give them some small, but significant political capital.
How come the FDA had to let go several board members (and also some resigned) to now OK vaccines they admit in so many undercover interviews and even in now infamous Zoom &Skype meetings that they literally do not know about the long-term safety, but now OK to give this stuff to children? CDC, NIH, FDA in so many ways literally saying that they do not know what will happen BUT LETS FORCE THIS ON THE PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME and SILENCE SCIENTISTS WHO SPEAK OUT...
