Populist Prime Minister Viktor Orban has claimed victory in Hungary's elections saying his win is so big 'you can see it from the moon'. 

A partial vote count has predicted a strong lead for Orban's Fidesz party, which would give him a mandate for a fourth term. 

In a ten minute speech to party officials and supporters at an election night event in Budapest, Orban addressed a crowd cheering 'Viktor!' and declared it was a 'huge victory' for his party.

  1. Orban’s government has accepted some 500,000 Ukrainian refugees since the war started. While at the same time protecting their own borders vigorously against illegal invaders. He’s also made strong statements supporting Ukraine’s security and national integrity.

    Long association with Putin? Hungary is a small landlocked nation who is not about to shove it’s head up the ass of the largest regional power. (Russia)

    Orban has also supported and campaigned on the procreation of Hungarian families and childbirth.

    I’m glad Orban won. He’s a model of what US politicians should be - A leader who puts his nation first.

    1. Could you expand a little in how I’m wrong? From where I live it looks ok in Hungary. Your cities aren’t packed with homeless encampments. Your architecture is attractive. Your borders are secure.

      I’d honestly like to know how it’s so bad in Hungary
