WNU Editor: I see a different message in the above video. It tells me that the Ukraine military is becoming more and more reliant on civilian vehicles for transport.
There have been many reports that Ukraine has lost a significant number of military vehicles used for transporting personnel and weapons. It is also one of the many items that President Zelensky himself has been demanding from the West.
What has also not helped is that Ukraine's major refineries for diesel have been put out of operation by Russian missile strikes. No diesel means that many military trucks and armor vehicles that use diesel cannot be used.
