WNU Editor: The German defense budget is one of the biggest in the world. You have to wonder where is all the money going. Salaries and pensions I guess.80s radio equipment, mass vehicle breakdowns, lack of basic underwear, and training not with machine guns but...broomsticks?

Germany's military is underfunded, underequipped, and understaffed - and it has been for years. pic.twitter.com/6IQnjk7FDg
You know where its going ... the "Elites" via the MIC
ReplyDeleteThis is not something that happened over night. It's been going on for quite some time.
ReplyDeleteEU military is a public service cushy job those that know can testify definitely Not a force to be reckoned with..
ReplyDeleteOne thing you can’t argue is that Russia succeeded in revealing the the ammunition shortfalls across the NATO military, and we haven’t even started with China or North Korea yet.
ReplyDeleteThe war also succeeded in showing what crap the Russian military is.
ReplyDeleteThe west hasn’t fought a conventional war since WW2, and Russia is pulling through so far. They are evolving their battlefield tactics, mistakes were made, no doubt about it. Considering the quality of todays NATO soldier, and the recent report on the condition of the German Military, I don’t think you have much leg to stand on.
DeleteExactly right , nato has nothing to fear from a conventional war with Russia, from soldier, weaponry, logistics, Intel and combined arms
DeleteYet somehow the German are the 3rd largest contributor of military aid to Ukraine, take that report with a grain of salt
ReplyDeleteNever underestimate any opponent in war. Germany has and is ramping up weapons manufacturing like most nato countries and has massive capabilities to do so.
ReplyDeleteOk sure it is
ReplyDeleteHopefully we'll see Germans marching to Erika again
