A Look At How Russian Foreign Minster Lavrov Was Welcomed In India Versus German Foreign Minister Baerbock

WNU Editor: There is a protocol that all major countries must follow on how senior visiting government officials from another country are to be met. Unless there was a misunderstanding, which I doubt, India did this deliberately.
