Ukrainian intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov, left, had drafted plans to attack Moscow and other targets on Russian soil on Feb. 24, according to leaked documents.
Washington Post: At U.S. behest, Ukraine held off anniversary attacks on Russia
In February, with the first anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine days away, officials in Kyiv were busy making plans to attack Moscow.
Maj. Gen. Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the country’s military intelligence directorate, the HUR, instructed one of his officers “to get ready for mass strikes on 24 February … with everything the HUR had,” according to a classified report from the U.S. National Security Agency.

WNU Editor: Another sign on who is really running this war.
What a disgrace and we know of whom I speak.

Bad look
Other than Manchurian Candidate slow Joe slow walking big ticket equipment due to trepidation or orders form Beijing/Moscow, I think that the US generals have some say. These generals want a successful offensive, they do not want it to be premature. They could be wrong. We shall see.
The US does not have an absolute say, but it has a say, since it is a benefactor.
Prediction: If it gets that far, the Russians will be slaughtered at Arabat Spit or they will be taken off by small boat in the middle of the night.
If the Ukrainians push 10 or 20 miles in watch people leave Sevastapol.
Dragons teeth make great killboxes. It works both ways.
