Greece And Turkey Pledge To 'Reset' Ties And Resolve Longstanding Disputes

Reuters: Leaders of Turkey and Greece vow to repair ties after year of tension 

ATHENS (Reuters) - Greece and Turkey agreed on Wednesday to resume talks and confidence-building measures as they hailed a new "positive climate" in ties after more than a year of tensions between the historic foes. 

The two North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allies have been at odds for decades over a range of issues including where their continental shelves start and end, energy resources, overflights of the Aegean Sea, and ethnically split Cyprus. 

Last year, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan halted bilateral talks in a dispute over airspace violations and after accusing Greek Prime Minister of pressuring the United States to block the sale of F-16 fighter jets to Turkey.

  1. The only reason a reset is happening is because Greece is angling to get more advanced weapons than Turkey. F-35's are going to Greece but not Turkey. If Turkey doesn't behave the US won't even upgrade their F-16's.

Ah yes, you can trust with your ass on your face, so much so that recently Turkey itself mysteriously with its drones invading coastal waters of Greece on purpose, soon War begins This is where the Trojan horse strategy of the Wagner Group comes in, only being an idiot to give nationalism to an organization, Putin doesn't even depend on China he knows that.
