All July has been fairly cold and rainy where I live.
The longest and hottest heatwave I've experienced in my 30 years in the desert and it's still ongoing.
If I feel ill or am rich, or cold, or single, that does not mean that the rest of my nation or even the world all feel or am as I am. In sum: I am not, or where I live is not, reflective of the world beyond me.
