I think what they wanted to say was 400,000 Ukrainian casualties not 400,000 soldiers killed.

Bazoum of Algeria spoke out about the Niger coup. I would think it is due to Algeria recent history with a coup, violence and an insurgency. I think Algeria carries a lot of weight since it is a fairly well put together country with resources. Coup leaders should listen to him.
