I am wondering if the attacks are a sacrifice fly. they are sacrificing these troop's live to run down ammo stocks and recent the Ukrainians from advancing in that area for a period of time. If stocks of ammo get low and the Ukrainians are not making headway then the European leaders with cold feet with withdraw support. That seems to be the thinking by the Russians anyway.

In Joe's defense I think the kick was out of frustration (not planned) and fear. The fear was that he was going to fall because the dog bodily or because of the leash trip him up. If he falls especially off the stairs he could break a hip. that is the fear part. The frustration part is the dog is weaving back and forth and it is hard for Joe to take a step. the dog is not heeling. I have never gone down steps with a dog and having them heel. That could be tricky. The film frames go by fast. is Joe kicking the dog or using his lower leg to nudge the dog. You would have to calculate how fast his leg was traveling. Calculate the force.
In the dog's defense, it is a puppy and all sorts of people are milling about and all sorts of things are happening.
The Bidens are rich enough, they can pay for a dog trainer.

I gave up on the two state solution after Sharon pulled out of Gaza in 2005. I figured if Sharon's gambit worked and there was piece, then in 5, 10 or 15 years it could be replicated on the West Bank. The church I attended as a child had meetings or an interfaith dialogue (long before it was called that). In Sunday school we visited synagogue.
