Ukrainian servicemen prepare to fire at Russian positions from a U.S.-supplied M777 howitzer in Kharkiv, Ukraine, on July 14, 2022. VOA has learned the U.S. will provide up to $150 million in additional military aid for Ukraine as soon as Oct. 25, 2023.

VOA: Exclusive: $150 Million in Ukraine Military Aid Expected Wednesday

PENTAGON — The United States is providing up to $150 million in additional military aid for Ukraine in a package expected as soon as Wednesday, three U.S. military officials tell VOA, a week after Ukraine used its newest weapon from the United States to pummel Russian military targets deep into Russian-controlled eastern Ukraine.

The package includes more GMLRS rockets for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), munitions for the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS), TOW anti-tank missiles, AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles and 155 mm rounds, according to two of the officials who spoke to VOA on condition of anonymity to discuss the package prior to its announcement.

  1. Waste of time and money, we already know Ukraine is weak, Russia has so much strength and power that to hold it back we would have a 3rd war and no one wants that because the Nuclear side comes in, right...?

  2. It was never about holding Russia back or defending democracy, it’s about feeding the military industrial complex and laundering money. 10% to the big guy.

  3. The insane United States government can not pay it's own debts, yet they will keep pouring money into the black hole of Ukraine. More. More. More. Biden and the democrats are traitors to the people of the United States and they deserve the fate of all traitors.

  4. Are money down a rat hole. Zelinski will probably be fleeing the country by next spring. The new form of the SBU or whatever the new Ukrainian government will call it, needs to hunt him and his crew down and bring them back to be punished. They also need to go to the international court to have all his private property and bank accounts seized.

Give the money back to the families and widows and orphans that he made to suffer.

  5. So glad the Russian arse licking trolls could weigh in to the exclusion of all else.

Obama and his acolytes and by extension Joe Biden are not trying to win. They are trying to maintain a balance.

Don't know the name of the @sssfocker who came up with the idea, but it is this. A multipolar world with balance is better than the US being dominant.

So Bite-me sends just enough aid to keep the war going without allowing Ukraine to win. Remember Bite-Me graduate at the top of his class with a full scholarship and Obama's Thesis was so good that it is stored with the Warren Report. Biden and Obama are geniuses and they have decided this is best.

  9. A large hydrographic boat of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, the Vladimir Kozitsky, designed to search for sea mines, has exploded in occupied Sevastopol, the Telegram channel Crimean Wind reported on Oct. 27, citing witnesses.

The vessel suddenly exploded on the outer parts of Sevastopol Bay, where it had been slowly "cruising around" for the past few days.

  11. So what happened to the Vladimir Kozitsky?

    1) Damaged by Ukrainian ordinance. Worrisome
    2) Engine room blew up due to maintenance issues. Worrisome
    3) Damaged by Russian mines. Tripped over their own stuff. Very Worrisome!

People are slavering to follow the Russian fleet to Novorossiysk. Going to happen!
