My Comment: After doing nothing for three weeks .... it finally dawned on Burma's rulers that this could be a bonanza of money coming into their pockets. $11 bn. in aid ..... there will be no need to grow opium, extort from their citizens, or do what communist dictatorships normally do to stay in power. UN chief's, Ban Ki-moon, is being taken for a fool .... and so are we if we are to believe that this aid will be going to those who need it. Oh yeah .... and no surprise .... Nobel Laureate and main opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi is still under house arrest.
