Turkish aircraft have bombed major hideouts used by Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) rebels in northern Iraq, an Iraqi official says.
Monday's hour-and-a-half-long bombardment frightened the residents in the northern Iraqi town of Dohuk, the official told AFP on condition of anonymity.
