NATO: No Signs Russia Withdrawing from Ukraine Border -- Voice of America

NATO's secretary-general said on Tuesday he had seen no evidence that Russia is withdrawing its forces from the border with Ukraine.

"Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that Russia is withdrawing its troops,'' Anders Fogh Rasmussen told reporters ahead of a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels.

NATO foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels Tuesday to talk about a stronger response to Russia's takeover of Ukraine's Crimea region.

This is the first senior-level NATO gathering since the crisis in Ukraine began last month.
