Beijing says new multi-warhead missile does not change nuclear policy

China's New Multi-Warhead Nuclear Missile Was Developed Using U.S. Technology
My Comment: In view of these missile tests .... I will have to agree with this assessment .... Third DF-41 ballistic missle test suggests China's nuclear buildup (Want China Times). Not only a nuclear buildup .... but one that I fear is being done to give China the option of developing (in the long term) a first strike option.

Let's see how many articles we get now about the return of MAD as a US nuclear doctrine.
In the past, China always stuck to Brodie's Minimally Assured Destruction.
The US shift to hypersonic missiles, Rods from God and globally deployed BMD,
Means that to survive a First Strike and respond, Ballistic missiles have to launch faster, fly faster, MIRV, swerve, jam and deploy decoys, and be much more accurate.
