Iran Nuclear Talks Deadline Extended For Three More Days

The Guardian: Iran nuclear talks extended by three days

Disagreement between Russia and the west over lifting arms embargo on Iran forces deadline back again

Nuclear talks in Vienna have been extended by three more days amid disagreements between Russia and the west over lifting an arms embargo on Iran.

The discord among the six global powers negotiating with Iran in the Austrian capital has further complicated the already detailed and technical talks. Other differences over the timing of sanctions relief, verification and transparency had forced a week-long postponement of the original deadline until Tuesday night.

  1. This whole thing reminds me of "Kosoto Gake -- Small Outside Hook" they get you going this way and then that way but they just keep you going until you mess up.

So much in politics seem to get us going until were fatigued or don't know which way is up.

Whether it is a weekend data dump, a big holiday weekend data dump, the way the US. military entered a suburb of Baghdad only to pull back (inflicting casualties but keeping the Iraqi army off balance), this pushing of agenda, deals, or treaties pulling back only to come back a fortnight later, months later a or a few years later, when people are exhausted, distracted or pushed poll to death is just getting old.
