The Hill: Kissinger calls Trump a 'phenomenon that foreign countries haven't seen'

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger said in an interview Sunday that President-elect Donald Trump could go down in history as a "very considerable president."

Hopefully we see a shift back towards a more decisive America that can uphold its strategic alliances throughout the world. It would make for a safer world no doubt.

I think it unwise to state anything about what Trump might do till Trump is officially in office. He seems to change his views fairly often at this time. In office, it will not be so easy to tweet changes.
