Military and Intelligence News Briefs and World News Briefs will be posted later today.
It also looks like my blogging is going to be sparse till the end of August. I am about to be swamped with numerous visitors from overseas for the next 6 weeks. Everyone ... and I mean everyone .... wants to see my mom (she is 92), and they are taking the opportunity to do it now. I am also receiving some VIPs (who are also my friends) from overseas in two weeks ... which further complicates everything. What that means is that I must play the host, tour guide, chauffeur, cook, and butler. As a rule I do 27 posts a day on WNU (yes .... exactly 27). But with so many people now coming .... and on top of my other projects and responsibilities .... I will be lucky to do 10. But when this is all over .... everything will be back to normal. But until then .... groan .... my life is going to be a living hell.
No worries, take your time and enjoy your family and friends. This kind of meetings can renew us sometimes, and it´s good for everybody. Nevertheless, I´ll be checking for new posts haha
ReplyDeleteGood for you wnu. Take it in stride and so will we.
ReplyDeleteFamily and friends are the most important.:-) Ten posts a day is still quite a bit. Most blogs with only one blogger don't even come anywhere close to that number.
ReplyDeleteI've often wondered how you do it. Not only do you post prolifically but your posts actually make sense!! Occasionally the grammar is off but I think this is likely only because English is not your native language.
I try to reply in the comments section to the topics I find interesting and that I believe warrant further discussion. In between work, multi-tasking, having a visual challenge, and not utilizing a proof reader for this particular task sometimes my thoughts come across as jumbled and the grammar and sentence structure are way off.
Your thoughts do not come across as jumbled. To be able to post so prolifically and to do this is absolutely amazing. Again, I hope you enjoy your time with your family and friends!!
ReplyDeleteIt will be an enjoyable pause in a hectic routine. Don't you worry about us. We're big kids now and we'll be here waiting and thinking about you. Here's hoping you have the best of experiences.
Roger
WNU enjoy the time away. We'll be here!
