The sources were responding to a New York Times report that Rosenstein, in the tumultuous spring of 2017, had discussed with other Justice and FBI officials the possibility of recruiting members of Trump's Cabinet to declare him unfit for the job and that he offered to wear a recording device during conversations with the president.

WNU Editor: You do not joke and/or be sarcastic on topics like this. Not even close. Former Deputy Director McCabe in his memos did not regard these comments of wearing a wire as a joke, otherwise he would not have recorded it. Andrew McCabe's lawyer has also just commented that his client did not view these comments as a joke.

  1. If this was a joke, it would be a one liner, a comment or two. They'd all laugh and go on about their business.

    1. He's in denial. You will see him post a bunch of links that fit his narrative and he'll keep talking himself into that -he- is right, that -he- is good. Omfg this guy

  3. The left and the resistance movement and their "jokes" of entrapping, shooting, decapitating Trump. This is so insane what they do and it's always ok when it comes from their side. First they lie and say it didn't happen, then it was a joke, then it was the righteous thing to do and we should always believe them. No. No more. Boycotting CNN/MSNBC!
