Donald Trump shared a joke with Mohammed Bin Salman as he lined up alongside other world leaders for a 'family photo' at the G20 summit.
The 20 heads of state and a number of their partners posed in front of Osaka Castle on Friday evening ahead of a banquet hosted by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
Bin Salman was pictured embracing a number of world leaders who last year condemned him over the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi inside the Saudi embassy in Istanbul.
The Saudi Crown Prince has been under increased scrutiny since the murder of Khashoggi after the CIA reportedly concluded that he ordered the murder.
It was the second show of friendship between Trump and Bin Salman.
