New White House Narrative Is To Blame Covid For All Of The Country's Woes

AP: Blaming COVID: Biden sees common culprit for country’s woes

WASHINGTON (AP) — Inflation is soaring, businesses are struggling to hire and President Joe Biden’s poll numbers have been in free-fall. The White House sees a common culprit for it all: COVID-19.

Biden’s team views the pandemic as the root cause of both the nation’s malaise and his own political woes. Finally controlling COVID-19, the White House believes, is the skeleton key to rejuvenating the country and reviving Biden’s own standing.

But the coronavirus challenge has proved to be vexing for the White House, with last summer’s premature claims of victory swamped by the more transmissible delta variant, stubborn millions of Americans unvaccinated and lingering economic effects from the pandemic’s darkest days.

WNU Editor: People want solutions. Not blame.

Update: The US main stream media is ignoring the former President, but I am sure this is annoying them .... Trump labels Biden's response to the COVID pandemic 'terrible' and says vaccine mandates and passports are 'crazy' before attacking his border debacle: Insists he could solve inflation 'quickly' (Daily Mail).

  1. Typical for Democrats/ all Politicians to blame everything on something or someone else. Time for Brandon to look in a mirror to see who has cause all of these problems. Covid is just a media driven fear.

  2. So from Trump and his policies to covid? Or both? I'm guessing it'll still be at least somewhat both.

  3. Were his diapers full at the time?

  4. Trump worked very hard to get a drug in 6 to 9 months. The drug was ready in October but the Pharma execs sat on the results for 2 or 3 weeks. No other politicians worked as hard to move the vaccines along.

On another topic Biden's diapers were full at the time. At Joes' age and condition, a person can never trust a wet fart.

    1. This is pretty well known. They tell us this is such a grave threat yet they sat on the results and didn't get this immediately distributed. There's a disconnect between actions and words. It's looking more and more like There's another agenda at work.

  5. Trump's response to Covid early on played a large part in him losing the election. His response, aside from the blind and most zealous of his followers, has been lambasted by the majority of Republicans.

Biden doesn't seem to be doing any better.

  6. "Trump worked very hard to get...."

Lol! That's the funniest thing I've read in a while. Trump is the laziest MFer on the planet. He watches TV, golfs and tweets, well, he used to tweet.

If he wasn't so lazy his coup attempts may have actually worked.

  7. How so?

    a) Banning flights from China?
    b) Getting dragged into a worthless 2 week lockdown ostensibly to give hospitals time?
    c) Getting viral vaccines to the public faster than it has ever been done?

Trump did not create the vaccines, but he did craft the regulatory environment with EOs, which encouraged the drug makers to proceed. He also entered into contracts to buy/distribute the drug , which further encouraged the drug makers to proceed.

Dr. Fauci, who never cured aids in 4 decades, thought it would take 19 months to 3 years to get a vaccine.

Fauci, who writes gushing mash notes, to Hillary was wrong. Trump was right.

Biden is doing much worse. There is no border. Illegal border crossers are not require to get tested or vaxxed. The underclass that Joe is creating or enlarging will be a reservoir for COVID and other diseases in each and every city.

Also Joe is killing the wellspring of any country. That would be abundant and inexpensive energy. Hard to pay for research, have vax campaigns, or good hospitals with the economy in the tank.

Joe is doing much, much worse. But at least he got a 5 day weekend at a rented billionaire's house!

  8. And with the corporate media outlets kissing his ass, we can rest assured there will be no pushback, no serious questioning, and no response to the double standard vis-a-vis how they refused to cut Trump any slack, even though during his time (unlike now) Covid was truly a black swan event. Turn your freakin TVs OFF.

  9. 4:12: Biden doesn't SEEM to be doing any better?

Let me enlighten you: Biden ISN'T doing any better, despite the fact that we know more about Covid now than when Trump was trying to figure out how to deal with it.

  12. the real issue is that the site is NOTY what it purports to be but rather is a right-of-center Trump support site that spends most of the time badmouthing the guy who beat Trump by over ten million votes. Perhaps it is time to focus upon what the site says it really is about or what at one time it tried to be.

  13. The blog was started 8 years before Trump announced his intention to run. With a 8 year track record before Trump was elected. You can compare blogger comments and blogposts pre-Trump, during Trump, and post Trump.

Or you can go all emo and grab your crouch like Rosanne Barr when she sang at the base ball game and got booed. She handled it better poorly, but in her defense she suffered a traumatic brain injury as teenager. Still all in all, she is smarter, richer and prettier than you.

Please reply. We all want to see you continue with your emo parade.

Pro Tip: Public policies affect the the economy. The economy underpins the ability a country to support or not support a robust military. You have been schooled.
