NYPost: Ukrainians desperately flee bloodshed as Putin declares war
Terrified Ukrainians began a mass exodus Thursday as Russia declared war and started launching missiles — as chilling footage also captured a swarm of helicopters attacking an airport near the capital, Kyiv.
Soon after President Vladimir Putin’s televised declaration just before 6 a.m. local time, Russian missiles started raining down, plunging Europe into a nightmare not seen since the darkest days of World War II.

WNU Editor: One of cousins live in Ukraine, and I have been told that she left within 5 minutes when she first heard the air raid sirens in order to beat the traffic. I know that she already had her car prepared, and she is suppose to be joining other members of my family in a town south of Kiev. As for the residents of Kyiv and other major cities. I am sure there is mass panic to get out.
